About the role
The Global Project Management Specialist oversees end-to-end service provisioning and network implementation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer and business requirements. The role coordinates cross-functional and external teams, manages scope, timelines, risks, and resources, and translates technical designs into executable plans. With a strong analytical and communication skill set, the specialist identifies and resolves issues proactively, optimizes network solutions, and ensures clear documentation, smooth transitions, and successful stakeholder engagement across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret service orders and network designs.
- Orchestrate implementation and testing with internal and external groups.
- Identify provisioning scope, goals, time frames, and resources.
- Develop and manage service provisioning strategy, requirements, risks, budget, and resources.
- Recommend modifications to network design to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze equipment configuration parameters and test results.
- Dialogue with team members, customers, and client representatives.
- Provide reports on provisioning status and documentation.
- Identify, report, and resolve provisioning risks and issues.
- Establish, modify, implement, and monitor systems and procedures.
- Manage provisioning transitions between functional groups and phases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering
- At least 2 years of work experience in software development/networking and telecommunications
- Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer
- Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Ability to handle multiple service orders and meet deadlines
- Ability to create and use Gantt charts
